Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of this app, distributed as Stream Tracker on Google Play and Track Streamer on the Apple App Store — the same app and service under two store-specific names, referred to as "the app" throughout these terms — provided by Kugundua LLC. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The app helps you track movies and TV shows you're watching, have watched, or plan to watch. Some features (ad removal, and the account-based Library Sync described below) are offered as In-App Purchases / subscriptions on top of the free app.

2. Accounts

Library Sync requires creating an account (email/password, or signing in with Google or Apple). You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from Settings — see the Privacy Policy for what account deletion does and doesn't affect.

3. Subscriptions

Library Sync is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription ("Premium Sync"), billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device.

• Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews for the same monthly period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Managing or cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store / Play Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• What happens on cancellation: Sync and the subscription's ad-removal benefit stop at the end of the current billing period. Your previously-synced library data is not deleted and resumes if you resubscribe.
• Price changes: If the subscription price changes, you'll be notified in advance per App Store / Play Store policy before any new price takes effect.

The separate one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is not a subscription — it's a single payment that permanently removes ads, independent of Library Sync.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the app only for its intended personal purpose. Don't attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app's backend services.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Media metadata is sourced from third-party providers (e.g. TMDB) and may be inaccurate or unavailable at times. Kugundua LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the app or store requirements. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
