Kugundua LLC built this app, distributed as Stream Tracker on Google Play and Track Streamer on the Apple App Store — the same app and service under two store-specific names, referred to as "the app" throughout this policy. This SERVICE is provided by Kugundua LLC at no cost and is intended for use as is. Users have the option to purchase an "Ad-Free" upgrade via In-App Purchase.
The app does not require account registration. Your watchlist data and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers, unless you choose to create an account for the optional Library Sync feature described in Section 2a below.
However, the app uses third-party SDKs that may collect information used to identify your device for advertising and analytics. These include:
Library Sync is an optional, paid feature that lets your watchlist follow you across devices logged into the same account. It is entirely opt-in — the app functions fully without ever creating an account.
If you choose to use it: creating an account (email/password, or via Google or Apple sign-in) collects your email address through Firebase Authentication, a service provided by Google. We store a small amount of sync-related data in Firebase's Firestore database, associated with your account: your subscription status, and — for items you choose to sync — TMDB IDs, watch status, ratings, and the names of any lists those items belong to. This data is not end-to-end encrypted; it is protected by access rules that restrict it to your own account only. We do not sell or share this data with third parties beyond the Firebase infrastructure that stores it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Backup & Sync. Deleting your account removes your Firebase Authentication record; it does not cancel an active subscription (managed separately through the App/Play Store) and does not affect your local library on any device.
When you make an In-App Purchase or subscribe, the transaction is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Kugundua LLC does not receive or store your credit card numbers or banking information. We only receive a "receipt" token from the store to confirm your purchase or subscription status.
Library Sync is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription that also removes ads. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it any time in your device's App Store / Play Store account settings. See the Terms of Use for full subscription terms. The separate one-time "Remove Ads" purchase remains a permanent, independent entitlement and is not affected by subscribing or unsubscribing from Library Sync.
On iOS devices, we respect Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. The app will ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites. You can change your selection at any time in your device Settings under "Privacy & Security."

If you've used Library Sync, deleting your account (Section 2) removes your authentication record. Synced library data tied to your account is retained for a limited period to support account recovery and is not immediately purged; contact us (Section 7) to request full deletion of any remaining synced data.
Regardless of your location, we respect your rights to access, correct, or delete any data we might have. If you've never created a Library Sync account, we generally cannot link a request to a specific user, since no personal identifiers are collected. If you have an account, contact us and we can locate and act on data tied to your account email.
